It is a great honor to be able to offer you so many opportunities to discover joy in your daily life. You can choose from our Weekly Classes, the many different Special Events we offer, go shopping among the books and gifts available or a private appointment with one of our Practitioners.

Topsail Lightworkers is a group of like-minded people who meet every other week at the GypsySun for interesting conversation on awareness. Go to meetup.com for more info. 

200hr RYT - Registered Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Alliance. We offer extended (over a six month period) and intensive programs (within a few weeks) that allow you to go at the best pace for you in the 200hr, 300hr and 500hr levels. Valerie Baltzer, E-RYT 500, Director of Teacher Training, is register through Yoga Alliance at the 500 hr level and she is a fabulous instructor. For more information go to Transcending Yoga.
