SUNDAY
Ascending Class 8-9:3oam. Learn ascending techniques & receive guidance on issues within your daily life. James offers a safe space to gently guide you thru immediate release of inner turmoil, with clarity and insight, while empowering you with enlightened tools, inner strength & wisdom for restoring balance in your heart & life.

Ascending Practice 9:30-10:30am. Practice ascending to your inner stillness & peace. This event offers you the opportunity to experience the expanded energy that comes from a group practicing together.

DRUM Circle 6-7pm. Connect to your primal self through hypnotic rhythms that restore the body's natural vibrations & health. This is a powerful grounding opportunity, however, on the last Sunday of each month, the Drum Circle is replaced by a Kirtan.

MONDAY
Hatha YOGA 6pm. Gentle class safely & carefully encourages balance & focus. Maria will guide you to into a peaceful experience through stretching and gentle movements.

Guided JOURNEYS 8-9pm. Gracefully learn to transform troubles into tranquililty through effective skills & visualizations.

TUESDAY
TAI CHI & QI GONG 7-8pm. These forms are considered the foundation of many martial arts. There is no physical contact and the moves are gentle and focused. This will increase your flexibility while decreasing your stress and anxiety and once you learn the form you can use it whenever needed to help restore clarity and peace to your day.

WEDNESDAY
Sunrise Yoga 6-7:15am. If you have ever enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean, you understand the beauty of this class. What you may not realize is how connected you feel to nature when you are practicing yoga at the same time. This is a unique way to start your day with powerful intentions. This gentle class can be enjoyed by all and will refresh your body and mind.
(1hr/$20) Instructors: every instructor will take a turn teaching this event.

THURSDAY

Tai Chi CHIH 10:30-11:30am. These repetitive movements help still the mind, bringing clarity as well as improving health & coordination.

Vinyasa Yoga 6-7pm. Perfect for beginners and intermediate, offering a gentle flowing sequence brings movement & greater balance.

FRIDAY
Inner Bloom Yoga 10-11am. Gentle moves to unfold the body like petals of a flower. An eclectic blend of gentle movements, breath work and guided meditations inspired by the needs of the students. An intuitive, organic approach to hatha yoga, allowing the poses to unwind, rather than striving to fit the mold of a pose. Ideal for new beginners, all levels welcome, playful spirits wanted!
